What types of transfers do you offer?
Our general shuttle bus services any hotels/motels and backpackers within CBD, Kings Cross, Darling Harbour, Central area as well as Glebe area. Shuttle transfers do not service private homes or timeshare apartments.
We can also offer personalised transfer, which is suitable for groups of people or for transfers to suburbs. Private bus is not shared with other people and takes you straight to your destination.
How do I book my transfer?
You can book our general shuttle bus service online.
Personalised transfers can be booked over the phone or via e-mail.
Where do I get on AirBus Sydney at the Airport?
Passengers arriving at Domestic Terminal need to make their way to the bus stop, which is located between Terminal 2 and 3. Our buses leave the bus stop every 30 minutes.
Passengers arriving at International have to call us upon arrival. Once they call, we will advise them on the pickup location and send a bus to pick them up.

In case you book personalised transfer, the driver will be meeting you inside the Terminal holding the sign with your name on it.
How much time should I allow to get to the airport?
Passengers need to allow 2 hours in advance if they are flying Domestic and 3 hours in case the flight is International, unless specified otherwise by the airline. This timeframe stands for 1 hour travel time to the Airport due to additional stops at other hotels and check-in. AirBus accepts no responsibility for missed flights due to passengers not booking the bus with enough time to spare. In the event of any flight changes, AirBus Sydney insists that you inform the head office at least 24 hours before the trip.
In case you book personalised transfer, allow just 20-30 minutes to get to the Airport from CBD.
Travel times may vary due to traffic, road works or weather conditions.
Can I book my trip with the driver?
You can only book your trip with our head office by calling +61 2 9557 7615 or via email info@airbussydney.com.au. Any booking made by the driver or with driver are not valid.
What are the operating hours?
Hours of operation from the city are 05:00a.m. to 07:00p.m. daily. Pickups from the Airport are available from 06:30a.m. to 08:30p.m. (08:00p.m. from International Terminal).
How much luggage am I allowed to have?
Due to space limitations each passenger is only allowed to have 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on. In more room required, please contact us and we’ll arrange the driver to charge you additional $5 per extra bag on board.
Do I need to tip the driver?
If you feel the driver has been friendly and courteous, then a tip would be appreciated.
What happens if I cancel my holiday/flight?
You can cancel your booking at any time via e-mail or by calling us. Please note that tickets are generally non-refundable, however, you can keep them for future use as they have got no expiry date.
